We're currently looking for two amazing people to help us support teachers worldwide with high quality learning resources. We're proudly based in the North East of England and these two positions will be located at our Washington Studio. 

Digital print operator



We support schools in creating bespoke learning resources that have a real impact in the classroom. We have recently invested in a new printing press to bring many existing projects in-house. Our print products include posters, postcards and books, all designed by our in-house design team.


We are looking for someone to help run our production, including print and finishing using our digital presses and large format. The most important part of the job is an eye for detail, as quality is essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a printing environment and knowledge of fiery and adobe software.


Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Process, print and finish projects within given deadlines.
  • Operate Xerox and large format printing
  • Finish products using folding and guillotine equipment
  • Review all printing requests, assessing and quality checking projects.
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules, keeping equipment and the work environment clean and tidy.
  • Package and ship completed projects promptly.
  • Maintaining machines to a high standard ensuring minimum downtime, with the help of xerox on-call engineers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Have previous experience in a print production department.
  • A natural eye for detail
  • IT skills, including knowledge of Adobe packages and fiery print management software.
  • Good time management skills
  • Good team player within our small but growing team.
  • Able to work on their own confidently

Salary £19,000 per year full time (full time / pro-rata part-time)

Studio & Community Manager


As we grow to support teachers with new products and services, we are looking to employ a studio and community manager.


Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of call for our partners and customers via email, phone and social media.
  • Supporting our design and print team to complete projects to a high standard.
  • Manage studio design projects to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed with regular updates.
  • Communicate with clients to complete projects on time.
  • Finance administration - invoicing clients/recording receipts.
  • Promote and manage our existing social media channels
  • Creating, scheduling and posting social media posts
  • Onboarding new customers and partners
  • Supporting our design and print team to complete projects to a high standard.

Candidate requirements

  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, stand-alone role
  • Proactive and self-directed
  • Solution orientated with a mature approach to resolving issues
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent grammatical skills.
  • Creative or interested in the creative industries
